Policies, Shipping & Returns
AJD offer delivery within the UK via trusted couriers, such as Royal Mail, DPD & Hermes.
We try our best to work as quickly as possible but do recommend you make a note of our processing times
as it could be up to 10 working days. Our working days are Monday to Friday, not including bank holidays.
You will receive a dispatch notification when your items have been shipped.
We always aim to dispatch on a 1-3 day delivery turnaround after processing your items, however, unfortunately, once your items have been handed to our courier we have no control of how long they may take to deliver.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We cannot accept the return of personalised or customised items due to these being created especially for you and cannot be resold - this is official guidance advised by our government.
If you choose to return something for a refund that isn't personalised or customised, this is to be done at your own cost - once your item(s) arrive back with us and in their original packaging we will issue the refund within 48 hours via your original payment method.
Although every effort is made to ensure your order will arrive with you in perfect condition, we understand that on the very rare occasion it may not - in this case we are more than happy to offer a replacement for damaged items.
In order to arrange your refund we will require photographic evidence of damaged items along with images of the outer packaging upon receiving.
FAILURE TO PROVIDE DETAILS POLICY
This will result in a refund of 50%
Failure to contact or provide details such as high resolution photos and personalisation for your items by email within 10 working days from sale will result in a refund of 50%. We do not accept photos via our social media platforms due to quality issues.
Why is my refund 50% of the order total?
50% of your order total acts as a deposit, holding fee, and also covers fees incurred from the sale.
You agree to provide final details within the time stated upon placing your order (unless otherwise discussed),
or risk cancellation of the sale with a refund total of 50%.
SLIGHT DIFFERENCES POLICY
Due to the nature of what we create, slight differences can be expected on occasion.
Slight Colour Difference -
Colours may vary slightly from screen to print, this is because screens are RGB whereas printers are CMYK, it's not often we see a dramatic difference in colour and will be in touch if we see an issue that cannot be resolved on our part.
Ceramic Items -
As most of our products are created using ceramic it is important to note that this is a fragile material that may have natural imperfections beyond our control.
Tiny black dots or speckling is common within our printing process, we aim to prevent where possible but sometimes cannot be avoided.
With all of this in mind, we will never deliver an item if these slight imperfections obstruct the final product, we only deliver items that we would be more than satisfied to receive ourselves.
